Sunset Valley Office

Designed with sustainability at its core, this 14,000 SF office building is a project in Sunset Valley, within the city limits of Austin, TX. Townbridge engaged with Barley-Pfeiffer Architects to create a building considering the environmental sensitivity of the Edward’s Aquifer and Barton Creek wildfire conditions.  The building is non-combustible and includes alternative building materials, rainwater harvesting, solar array, EV-charging, and a high-performance wall system.  The project is permit approved and has not yet begun construction.
