College Station West Subdivision

Townbridge is designing a 43-acre mixed-use development that will include over 80 townhomes, a Casata community of 200 micro homes, and over 3 acres of commercial. A modular WWTP (waste-water treatment plant) will be utilized to recapture water for irrigation and runs with very low energy consumption. Groundbreaking is estimated for Summer 2023.
